J. H. Archer – Artistic Director
John-Hugh trained as an Actor at East 15 School of Acting, and then as a theatre-maker with the Theatre Royal Plymouth on their Lab Scheme. He then went to work professionally as an actor-musician with companies such as The Narwhal Ensemble, The Barbican Theatre Plymouth, Assembleth Theatre, and Above Bounds Theatre.
He is also a playwright. His plays have been performed at the House Theatre at the University of Plymouth, The Lab at Plymouth Theatre Royal, and at Exeter Phoenix. He was a Charles Causley resident playwright with Down Stage Write and the Causley Trust in 2019.

Alex trained at East 15.
Recent credits include: You didn’t know you were thirsty until you started to drink (Down Stage Write), Colour is too sweet (Now Panic Productions), Romeo & Juliet (Moving Stories), Macbeth (Barbican Theatre Plymouth). Credits whilst training include: Twelve Angry Men, Mephisto, The Night Heron, The Seagull, Twelfth Night, Richard III.
‘Fifteen Years of Granite’ is Alex’s first collaboration with Fifth Knuckle.
